Position Summary
We're seeking an exceptional Marketing & Funnel Specialist to craft and implement effective marketing strategies and sales funnels for both our clients and our own brand. This role is pivotal in developing marketing plans, particularly for virtual summits, and ensuring the success of client campaigns through strategic planning and execution. You'll be the key player in turning marketing visions into reality, both for our clients and internally.
The position will initially be part time (50%), with a view to go full time within 3 months.
Note: You need to be available within core US hours, typically for a maximum of 8 hours. You may choose whether you work Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific time. There may be a requirement to work outside these hours if required for client support, in exceptional circumstances.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for client campaigns, with a focus on virtual summits, and for our own brand
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform strategic decisions
- Create marketing plans that align with client goals and our business objectives
Funnel & Campaign Implementation
- Design and implement effective sales funnels for clients and our own marketing
- Write persuasive copy for emails, sales pages, and other marketing materials
- Set up and optimize email sequences and automation workflows
Client Success & Management
- Work closely with clients and our Client Success Manager to understand their needs and ensure their success
- Manage client campaigns from strategy to execution, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Identify missing information in client campaigns, and ensure we obtain the information so campaigns and implementation can be completed in a timely manner
- Provide strategic guidance and support throughout the client journey
CRM & Automation
- Configure and manage our Go High Level CRM system for optimal performance
- Implement marketing automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing tools
Virtual Event Marketing
- Develop marketing strategies specifically for virtual summits and events
- Assist in executing marketing plans for client virtual events
- Optimize post-event marketing to maximize conversions and client satisfaction
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy and campaign management, preferably in an agency or service provider setting
- Advanced knowledge of marketing strategy development, particularly for virtual events and summits
- Expertise in sales funnel creation and optimization
- Strong skills in direct response copywriting and content creation for marketing materials
- Proficiency with Go High Level and marketing automation tools
- Experience in client management and project coordination
- Familiarity with virtual event marketing and promotion
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance marketing efforts, including creating great marketing copy
