Operations Manager - Marketing Automation & Client Success

Position Summary
We're seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to drive the execution of our done-for-you services, ensuring client success through effective implementation of marketing automation, sales funnels, and client journey management.
This role is critical in translating client needs into actionable plans, overseeing their implementation, and ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet our standards of excellence.
You'll be the bridge between our clients' vision and the technical execution that makes it reality.
Note - you need to be available within core US hours, typically for a maximum of 8 hours between 9 AM Eastern and 5 PM Pacific. There may be a requirement to work outside these hours if required for client support, in exceptional circumstances.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Sales Funnel Implementation
- Create and implement effective marketing and sales funnels using direct response copywriting techniques
- Develop compelling nurturing email sequences that convert prospects into clients
- Craft persuasive sales pages with strong calls to action that drive conversions
- Map and optimize complete customer journeys from initial touchpoint through post-purchase experience, on behalf of clients
CRM Management & Automation
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot Go High Level (CRMRaptor) systems for clients
- Implement marketing automation workflows, appointment booking systems, and follow-up sequences
- Create and manage automated client communication systems that deliver a premium experience
- Integrate virtual event management with CRM systems for seamless lead capture and nurturing
Client & Project Management
- Interpret client requirements for done-for-you services and identify areas needing clarification
- Develop clear project plans based on client objectives and our service offerings
- Direct team members using project management tools to ensure efficient task execution
- Maintain quality control throughout implementation to ensure deliverables match client expectations
Virtual Event Support
- Assist in setting up virtual summits for client
- Ensure proper integration between EventRaptor and CRMRaptor systems
- Support the implementation of speaker management, registration processes, VIP ticket sales, and attendee communications
- Help optimize post-event follow-up sequences to maximize conversion
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years experience in marketing operations, preferably in an agency or service provider setting
- Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales funnel creation and optimization
- Demonstrated expertise in direct response copywriting techniques and email sequence development
- Proven ability to create high-converting sales pages and compelling calls to action
- Proficiency with Go High Level CRM platform or similar marketing automation tools
- Understanding of client journey mapping and optimization, from lead generation to post-purchase
- Experience directing team members and managing project workflows
- Ideally familiarity with virtual event platforms and webinar systems
- Comfortable with working alongside AI tools for copywriting and marketing campaign optimization
