Commission-Only Sales Role — $10K+ Coaching Program for Coaches
EventRaptor helps coaches grow their email lists and get clients through virtual summits. Family-run SaaS and virtual event management business, 5+ years in the space.
The offer
A proven $10K done-for-you coaching program; the main component of the program is done-for-you implementation of 2 virtual summits (one prerecorded, one summit is live). Clients get their entire summits and CRM system built for them. Around 20 clients have already signed at this or higher price point. The higher price point is adding more summits to the mix.
Additionally we teach the process to our clients so they can replicate it in the future.

The role
Commission-only: 10% per sale (typically $1,000 or more per closed deal)
You: find prospects, run outreach, close deals. You will also be provided with bookings for “strategy calls” where your task is to guide the prospect to buy the coaching package, alternatively one of our downsells packages of $5K or $2K, or a $1K yearly subscription offer.
Us: provide coaching on the offer, provide training on how to find prospects, support on technical questions, handle fulfillment
Work your own hours, remote. You do need to have reasonable availability in US business hours, from 9 AM Eastern to 5 PM Pacific, so prospects can book into your calendar.
Furthermore, we will run virtual events such as webinars, masterclasses, workshops, challenges, and enrollment events. We would expect you to be present during these events to handle sales calls (also called coaching sessions) with the audience.
Who is a good fit: You've sold high-ticket services ($5K+) before. You understand the coaching/wellness space. You're comfortable with outbound outreach and closing on calls. Ideally you have gone through a sales training program in the past and is very good at handling objections.
This is very important to us: we have a great reputation which we want to maintain. Although we want sales, we do not condone strong-arm tactics to get the sale under any circumstances. We want persuasion, great arguments, and empathy and understanding of our prospects' circumstances. You may also be speaking to our existing clients, and you will need to provide advice with their best interest at heart.
